Blake Lennon of Norman, Oklahoma skillfully displays true emotion from his soul with his delicate, yet explosive, voice-like guitar playing.  Born in Oklahoma City, Blake has become a rising force in both the Oklahoma/Texas music scene and nationally.  He can be seen playing lap steel, mandolin, and keyboards among other instruments at his performances.  

Blake has played countless shows alongside Grammy-Nominated John Fullbright.  He is a rotating member of The Damn Quails whose 2012 album release Down The Hatch reached the Top 20 on the National Americana music charts.  Blake's former group Resident Funk opened shows for Peter Frampton, Ben Folds Five, Styx, Dashboard Confessional, Kansas and REO Speedwagon among others and he has performed for crowds by the thousands while sharing the stage with other notable artists such as Hank Williams Jr.Jakob DylanBob Schneider, Ian Moore, Jacob Fred Jazz Odyssey, and classical guitarist Edgar Cruz.  Blake can currently be seen performing with Derek Harris and 100 Bones Band as well as Matt Blagg.

Blake's other credits include two 2008 Payne County Line Oklahoma Music Awards including:  Jazz Band of the Year (Gabriel Marshall Band) and New Video of the Year (Hannah Wolff Band).  Blake performed over 130 performances last year and has played in places such as Europe, Canada, and all over the United States.  He currently teaches guitar lessons and records at the Black Lemon Studios in Norman, Oklahoma.  Blake is a graduate of the acclaimed Academy of Contemporary Music @ the University of Central Oklahoma (ACM@UCO) where he studied Music Production.  He is also a graduate of the University of Oklahoma.
